I spoke to Alex on the phone who sold me the bike and he was really polite and knowledgeable. In terms of the bike, it feels very solid, and the motor does the business. It lasts me plenty of time, and pushes me along at a decent speed. The tyres feel pretty grippy, especially on dirt roads, and the saddle is very comfortable. All in all, a very good purchase.
