We purchased this bike and were amazed at the quality of the bike. We cannot fault the design and look, we are more than happy that we chose Pluginbikes. We initially thought that the bike would be tedious to assemble with it being electric; however, thanks to Vishal (who was more than happy to help) assembly was very simplistic. Top notch service and a great bike.
